Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Nov 05, 2015 4:04 pm We have just built our house in Manooka Valley, we have a stormwater pit at the rear of our property that we need to raise. We've come to a dead end, after speaking with the developer, SW and the council to get the serial number, brand or size so that we can order the extenstion to raise the pit. Can anyone please tell me who or where this information would be? We need it ASAP?!? Thanks!! Re: Manooka Valley Stormwater 2Nov 09, 2015 1:02 pm My husband is a pipe layer. I have just sent him a screen shot of this. Hopefully he can tell you what to do. I'll let you know his response Building with Coral Homes - The Daydream 30 Re: Manooka Valley Stormwater 3Nov 09, 2015 2:05 pm My husband said it will be best to speak to a plumber, they should know what you have to order for the job. We needed a 600x600x600mm. BTW the measurement is the inside bit where the grate is. Then it was take the grate off, drop the riser on - the bottom is made to fit the grate fitting of the pit and drop the grate on top of the riser - again it has the same top as the pit. Was a very easy job to complete. ~Shellby~ GJ Bridgewater 203 11/3/2016 - Site Work Started 29/9/2016 - Handover 142 Work Days 6 Work Days Over https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=80174 thanks guys! yes this is how I've exactly raised it with the builder. still awaiting response. 12 6036 Plumbers 'can be' plumbers, made all the worse by self certification which the building surveyor invariably accepts as proof of compliance!
