We will have the opposite so I hope it looks as good <a href="http://www.forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?t=84823">KDR Brisbane South</a> Re: Our First Build - GJ Gardener Bridgewater 806Sep 13, 2016 4:38 pm Gem - I sure it will, they are nice strong contrast colours either way it's done. Kym - it's okay. I could understand no carpets or flyscreens - but tiles? It will be checking them out closely since they won't be finished by Friday. More photos - looks like the painters have returned - they have patched and sanded in the garage as it only had one coat so far and tins ready for outside in the garage as well. Plumbers finished but electrician has another day left - outside lights, pendants in kitchen etc The showers are so high.... I swear I could take a snack in with me and eat it while still waiting for the water to reach me *hehe* just what hubby wanted. Also time to order my gas bottles and connection. ~Shellby~ GJ Bridgewater 203 11/3/2016 - Site Work Started 29/9/2016 - Handover 142 Work Days 6 Work Days Over https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=80174 Re: Our First Build - GJ Gardener Bridgewater 807Sep 13, 2016 5:08 pm High shower heads! Re: Our First Build - GJ Gardener Bridgewater 814Sep 14, 2016 12:58 pm Damn, its so annoying when you just want to get started and you have to wait for reports etc. I hope it gets done quickly for you and once handed in the DA is quick to be approved. ~Shellby~ GJ Bridgewater 203 11/3/2016 - Site Work Started 29/9/2016 - Handover 142 Work Days 6 Work Days Over https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=80174 Re: Our First Build - GJ Gardener Bridgewater 815Sep 14, 2016 1:00 pm Hehe I was meant to post that in my thread lol, then I went looking for your thread to tell you your tiles look fantastic then realised my little whoopsie lol... CB - he is, he has the whole floor, hallway etc drawn in grid lines to stay on track and a helper who cleans each join as he goes and grabs more tiles for him. Every so often he goes and cuts some more for the edges as the grid is smaller and showing a cut and away he goes. With this speed I reckon he will be done in 3 days even though he originally said 4 days but he just seems to be flying. Helps it a easy standard lay - no features or strange size tiles. Can't wait to drop by on my way to work and see how much he got done today. ~Shellby~ GJ Bridgewater 203 11/3/2016 - Site Work Started 29/9/2016 - Handover 142 Work Days 6 Work Days Over https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=80174 Re: Our First Build - GJ Gardener Bridgewater 820Sep 14, 2016 3:31 pm That's looking fabulous shell!!! - otherwise known as Kym - hi guys.
