Once I have confirmed & signed off on all the quotes for the upgrades, the additional costs will be passed on to your CSA who will raise a final PCV for our signature. The final PCV + the basic building cost will be the final building cost of the house. I suggest that when doing the upgrade exercise, don't be carried away. You will be surprised how fast the variation costs adds up!!!!
