I am looking at purchasing one of the last blocks (very keen) and I don't want to purchase if there are things which reduce the land size. I have tried contacted my agent but no luck yet. Regards, Mark Joel(developer) shared the update that Linen Plan and 88B are still getting finalised. They were hoping to finalise and distribute by last week but they overan the time; they are now working to finalise by end of this week Strange ! How did he apply for council approval without a linen plan or 88b? Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 411Feb 13, 2017 5:32 pm Hi neighbours, Does any one had a soil test done? What class of slab will fit our lots? most of the builders quotes are based on M class slab and covers upto 1m of slope. Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 412Feb 13, 2017 6:31 pm Hi Cranbourne23, Have you decided on a Builder as yet? If not perhaps you may want to consider Eden Brae Homes. They have so far proven to be very efficient & helpful & their Building/Design consultants are awesome. Give Bede Schneiders call on 0402335966. He will be able to give you a no obligation advise on design etc. FYI, Eden Brae provides H class slab.... Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 416Feb 14, 2017 12:15 pm Hi all, Went for a drive to Piccadilly Estate and can report that the land was being surveyed, there was work being done on the water detention, extra pipes unused for water detention were being removed, the old house on the council water detention area is being demolished and the existing house on Piccadilly Estate had open for inspection signs . Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 418Feb 14, 2017 2:22 pm Titania71 Hi Amni, What are your thoughts on timber or aluminium fences? Let's hope registration is on time so we can start building our homes. Regards, Peter and Silvia Hi Peter n Silvia, We haven't decided that. I think it depends on facade but most preferably on site properties. I like timber but it is prone to termite attack and moisture. And also need to confirm landscaping. You tell me if you have any plans. Oh wow the owners have decided to move on? Big block, nice house. A survey must’ve completed by a certified surveyor. This form part of every DA requirement 3 223463 Wish you all the best. Once you signed the contract, they will find millions excuses to charge you. And have seen their sites unfinished for a long time. 4 24716 |
