Nicole How is your place going? Are they working on the defects list? My KDR Metricon Hampshire - Liberty - 45 Melb https://r.tapatalk.com/shareLink?share_ ... are_type=t Hello!!! Our defects are finally done! It was like pulling teeth. I’ve never known people to be so incompetent in doing things right the first time my ensuite shower screen has leaked 3 times, had a door replaced since it was expanding, garage door stop working, seal on the drive way peel off I’ve had it alllllll happening here lol so glad it’s finally over. Thought it was bad when I got garbage bins after 13 weeks but hay Perry had other plans hahaha. I think I’m coo coo now. Your place is looking amazing!!!!! I’m always stalking on here I am most nervous about the defect stage as we both working and won’t be home for them to come and fix things. 13 weeks within a bin is ridiculously. Our next door neighbor was good enough to store our bins on their property during the build stage. Our build is starting to pick up at the moment, wasn’t much progress over the pass 2 months. My KDR Metricon Hampshire - Liberty - 45 Melb https://r.tapatalk.com/shareLink?share_ ... are_type=t[/quote] Yeah that part sucks!!! I’ve had to get parents to come and sit here for a few hours to wait for people or I get to work late are you getting excited yet? We have been in 6 months; 2 weeks ago. Where has the time gone? It’s amazing what a product review does and the attention you get after that lol. And maybe high ceilings I love everything else am I crazy for saying we want to do it again in a few years? Can you all please share your experience with your banks Re: Dream Metricon Glendale 38 (Sydney)! 5339Nov 29, 2017 10:15 pm Wow! That is amazing! I’m gonna have to use that on the deck at the rear of the house, once it’s built. Quick question. Did you get a final building inspection done? If so when did you get it done 1) before PC 2) after PC but before handover 3) after handover. Thanks Nom Cheers Nom Newhaven 36 by M Blog - North Shore Newhaven (http://nsnewhaven.blogspot.com.au) Build - https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=85092 Re: Dream Metricon Glendale 38 (Sydney)! 5340Nov 29, 2017 10:19 pm nomnomnom Wow! This allows M to rectify all the defects discovered after PCI so less inspection and reinspection by the inspector.
