Our temp fencing was taken care of by the demo crew and Metricon. 2 different sets, included in the pricing. We used Apollo Demolition in Metro Melbourne. They were very good and did it in 2 days, with asbestos clearance certificates. Our sales consultant at Metricon recommended them. About 6-8 weeks for us before they replied asking for more info. All up it was around 12 weeks before we got the approval - you can track progress using the online application system on the Ryde website. Metricon Liberty 45, Ryde NSW http://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?t=82846 Ours is about the same, all up around 3 and half months, but a friend of mine got approval less than two months Re: Building with Metricon 6537Nov 03, 2017 11:24 pm Kandi is it worth hiring a private certifier? We're using Metricon's surveyor as it just makes things easier with going through council etc, but have our own private inspections. Expect to pay around $2,500 in total for an inspection at every invoice stage. Re: Building with Metricon 6540Nov 04, 2017 8:55 pm Kandi Drew01 Kandi is it worth hiring a private certifier?
