Lots of dots!! Good to know i wont be the only one Thanks! When is your handover?? Re: Building the Bellevue Q1 with Henley 145Dec 13, 2015 10:21 pm jessicana10 Looks fantastic ! Flooring looks great too. Can't believe you started 3 weeks after us and finished before us - and they seem to have done a much better job on yours, goes to show it all comes down to the tradies and management. Well done one getting COO - how exciting. I think we got it done within 3.5 months because there were trade available in the area as per my SS and he's pretty good too so far. As per the workmanship it's not too bad but still room for improvement. Like you said in your page that you'd want a house that looks like their display ... So hoping by handover date it looks like one. I'm happy with the floor colour was quite confused about it. Still not liking the wall colour Re: Building the Bellevue Q1 with Henley 146Dec 13, 2015 10:23 pm l0renz0 Hi Tasminn, you're place looks spot on! are the shower niches standard or an upgrade? do you still remember how much they cost? ☺ They are an upgrade and you have a choice of 3 sizes costing the same thing which is about 350$ if I remember. Re: Building the Bellevue Q1 with Henley 148Jan 11, 2016 10:38 pm nestaxu Congrats on your brilliant house! Do you still remember which category is your floor and wall tiles in the Ensuite and Bathroom? Thank you! Yes Milano Cocoa ( I think) but cat 1 .. The matte ones for the floor and gloss one for the walls. Re: Building the Bellevue Q1 with Henley 150Jan 24, 2016 5:05 pm jessicana10 How's the house going? Hi Jessicana sorry for the delay in responding been MIA from Homeone for awhile lol just follow people's update on Facebook lol Moved in on the 2nd of Jan and so far things have been good! But we did come across some issues. Like the lead in conduit to our house was damaged so we couldn't have connection to Internet. Had issues with the antenna it wasn't connected. But since we're in the NBN area that were supposed to do the antenna cabling throughout the house as well but they haven't. So I'm waiting for a response from by SS. We opted for the cornerless alfresco but it's very difficult to close the doors so we'll have to figure out what's wrong with it too. Few cabinet handles are loose. Some issues with selves too. Other than that few other minor issues here and there so hopefully we can have a chat with the SS soon to get these rectified. Hopefully you get your house delivered to you soon!! Re: Building the Bellevue Q1 with Henley 151Jan 24, 2016 8:09 pm Yeah I've heard that when you move in you notice the smaller details. Doesn't sound too bad for you guys though, just some fiddly fixes. I'll be interested to hear the response you get and the time it takes to get a response Re: Building the Bellevue Q1 with Henley 152Jan 25, 2016 9:58 am Yep weve got some random things weve noticed too. One toilet isnt set properly so it rocks a little bit.. one of the sliding doors to the theater is off its track so cant be closed..
