Im sure at the end of it HGWA will make sure we have our lovely home and I can do a massive happy dance Re: HGWA BUILD & THE SPARKLE HAS WELL AND TRULY RUBBED OFF 606Jan 05, 2016 4:36 pm You're brave!!! We are now at lock up and HGWA seem to be getting a move on with our house. I can not decide if its because they just want to get rid of us hahaha. We are still having some issues with our roof. Bristile changed all our ridge tiles to a better one but did not replace the tiles with the big gaps under them some of the gaps are that big you can slide your hand under them. We are hoping HGWA will sort it all out but the Bristile supervisor said they were with in tolerances There we go with that word again. hubby told him straight will will not be accepting them as we also want them to be nice to look at as they are at the front of our home and they are not like that at their show room. Every thing else looks great. The plasterers and ceiling fitters have done an awesome job and I think the painter is in at the moment painting the ceilings and doors. The shelves and rails are in all the bedrooms, laundry and pantry so its coming together. Oh and the garage floor has been laid, not level but lets not go there lol.
