Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Mojo Homes 1030Jun 27, 2017 9:39 am private081983 Hi all, My site supervisor Vince has not longer site supervisor for my site.. Mojo home has changed to another supervisor? Do you know why they have changed? I believe Vince still work at Mojo homes. At this stage my house has completed hebel installed. I was told by a Mojo staff there a lot of new SS and the building crew has also increased all to keep up with demand. "All builds to go full steam ahead without any delays." Re: Mojo Homes 1031Jun 27, 2017 9:56 am Well mine certainly is going full steam ahead! Theyve cut SS job workload down to max 15 at a time... so your original SS probably had a full load already.. The issues they've had previously that I'm aware of is 1) windows not turning up (one of the reasons switching for to Brandnams) 2) Hebel contractors - either behind or not experienced enough so causes delays when things need rectifying (and they always do as that is building life!!!) Re: Mojo Homes 1032Jun 27, 2017 10:58 pm We are so close to construction list I can taste it! Plans we DA approved last Monday, my tender expires this Friday (30th). Mojo have been fantastic smashing through the requirements to try and hit this date. Our broker has been great too hustling the bank to get the ACC thru as well now that the loan could be finalised. Since our land registered on April 19, Mojo have been full steam ahead to get things done. 4 weeks in the hills council too, so can't complain with turnaround time. Our timings looked like this. Land registered 2 weeks to get all the paperwork done and ownership settled 1 more weeks for all the LPI stuff to go live 1 week then into council 4 weeks in council 2 weeks to today which is just about at construction list.
