Re: OB Project - "New vs Old" - Nedlands, WA 478Jan 22, 2017 8:33 pm Howdy everyone... it's been a while since my last update. We've been away on a short holiday and generally lazing around. Not much has happened with the house but I'm starting to get a move on with the front landscaping. Starting with walls, retic lines etc. I've also drawn up the carport with the intention of starting construction as soon as possible. The initial design was of bricks and tiles to blend in with the front 1930s bungalow but I have decided to industrialize it which will hint at what's at the rear of the house. I'll order the steel once I've poured the footings and hopefully build it myself. I've designed it such that construction should be very easy. Really excited to start removing some of the plywood in our living room. Each door is 2.7m high by 910 wide. The wife and I have had a fun couple of nights painting them. Not. Plan is for them to be installed and glazed on Friday. Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: OB Project - "New vs Old" - Nedlands, WA 479Jan 23, 2017 4:21 pm Far out those doors are sexy!!
