Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Coral Homes general build thread 10536Mar 04, 2018 8:34 pm Our contract is only 160 days. Why on earth are your contracts so much longer? Re: Coral Homes general build thread 10537Mar 04, 2018 8:52 pm Ryan2007 No offence but I think your lucky if you have your house built within contract we are about 11 weeks over contract. It's even more frustrating. They will delay it though if they are still within contract unfortunately it's annoying because they know there is nothing that anyone can do about it as they still have time. What contract days were you given? Are you getting paid $50 per day now? I hope you guys get in soon Re: Coral Homes general build thread 10538Mar 05, 2018 11:44 am Is Coral Homes required to change all locks for handover? We are building Noosa 23. SS initially told me we would get the PCI date the first day the painters started and usually completion is about 3 weeks from then.. just curious as to why he wouldn’t have a PCI date in mind considering painters are now on site You should check your detail drawings, it may show downpipe within brick pier. 14 14106 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13773 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 4348 |
