I paid for all my upgrades in the final payment. They just deducted the value from the total due. NBN has been put in from house to first pit as we are building 120 metres from the road but we can't see that there is cable from this pit to the usual pit on the road - has anyone else been in similar situations that you build quite a distance from the road - I can't get a clear answer from internet provider as they tell me all the infrastructure is in but I think we are missing 120 metres of cabling thanks Re: Coral Homes general build thread 9438Aug 13, 2017 6:05 pm Can anyone pls advice on how the bank will make payment for third party work ? We received our final tender & yet it sign however I see that they have increased cost in few areas compared to the quote . Our landscaping area is about 137m2 however they have included price for 200 m2 & I was told that they can't reduce as that's the minimum area they do . Also, cost for WHS has increased by almost 2k. We are planning to get landscaping , fencing , retaining walls done by third party , initially our SC had told we can submit third party invoice to coral and they would inturn submit to bank n now she says it s not their process . Has anyone here come across this situation n how did u deal with the invoicing with bank ? Re: Coral Homes general build thread 9439Aug 13, 2017 6:08 pm We got a separate quote from our landscaper and submitted it to our bank along with the build contract. Not sure why Coral included cost for Landscaping if they don't do it. You should check your detail drawings, it may show downpipe within brick pier. 14 14099 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13771 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 4338 |
