When we had our colours appointment we were told our tap had to go in stone. Ours is different but I am thinking it is the same with all that size.

Anything you thought of afterwards or would have checked? I Spent the $4 on the PCI checklist book from anewhouse which is WELL worth it for the price.... I'd suggest buying and downloading that and printing out a copy to reference Re: Coral Homes general build thread 9409Aug 10, 2017 12:43 pm dougang287 Walk thru tomorrow - any tips? Anything you thought of afterwards or would have checked? Check where the handles have been attached to cabinets, kitchen/bathroom. We have chips in the silk finish on the cupboards around some of the handles where its been drilled. Not noticeable at a distance but still there! Also sit on the toilet and look at things at that height. I have a long paint drip under our powder room sink that can only been seen when sitting on the toilet but i look at it every time! Good luck. We dropped in to have a look and our cabinetry is in. The island has been put too close to the fridge opening.(it's supposed to be a1000mm after Caesarstone is installed but it's only 850mm) Had a look at the paperwork left in a draw and it has 'client's signature' left blank (obviously the did not contact us). Did anyone hear from their kitchen installers beforehand? Did Claytons do your kitchen? That's just their standard paperwork. You aren't required to deal with them. In fact I had to fight hard to get them to be willing to even discuss anything with me. I'm wondering if they have done 1000mm from kickboard instead of from the edge of the stone.... It was only after I begged and told them how coral had stuffed up my job so much already that they allowed me to liaise with the cabinet installed onsite. And Claytons still stuffed up. I'm wondering if they have done 1000mm from kickboard instead of from the edge of the stone.... In our contract it states that we have to discuss with the stone/kitchen supplier where we want the powerpoint to go on the side of the island. We are having waterfall ends so no kickboards on the sides. The distance from the 'cooktop' side is correct at 1290mm. We have a company from the Central Coast doing ours. The SS sent a text saying he would double check measurements and get back to us. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13771 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish.
