We are yet to receive anything and it has almost been a month. Re: Coral Homes general build thread 9149Jul 18, 2017 12:11 pm National Tiles contacted me to arrange an appointment for tile selection....1 month after construction started! Told her she was late to the party and she was not happy. Have you taken a look at National Tiles? I personally found their standard range much nicer than Beaumont I had a look awhile ago at National tiles but might pop in again! Re: Coral Homes general build thread 9152Jul 18, 2017 7:24 pm fec88 Has any of you on here remove the appliances and got your own, if so what did Coral give you back on the appliances? Probably would have been better for me to take the appliances and sell them on Gumtree lol C U S T O M. C O R A L. How weird. The range hood was the chem52c95, the Cooktown was 95htss-2 and the oven was t948ss-5. I don't know whether they're base models or mid range or top of the list e, but I hazard a guess that they're entry level since I only got the designer package but I don't see why I got back much more. Maybe they made a mistake lol Coral Homes Avoca 25 in Gainsborough Greens Gold Coast Viewtopic.php?f=31&t=81406 Re: Coral Homes general build thread 9158Jul 18, 2017 9:20 pm Cooktop not Cooktown, bloody apple!! Re: Coral Homes general build thread 9160Jul 19, 2017 3:29 pm Tamara1975 Just wondering how long everyone's bricks took from start to finish. You should check your detail drawings, it may show downpipe within brick pier. 14 14099 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13771 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 4342 |
