I haven't seen any approved by Council DA yet? Yes it was CDC and My one is not the only one got approved I think 4 houses on the kingslake got approved on the other day. Also, we are planing to build a pool in the backyard, and require the easement information as the sewer running through next to the backyard fence according to the DA. Advised earlier today that it was approved and then quickly on the construction list.
