All the projects that we built were specified Class S+ an extra $5K and there is minimal cracking 10 years on. I did a structural investigation on another house that had class A footings nearby for a property sale and I was quite surprised by the amount of cracking in the porcelain tiles, The vendor was asked by the purchaser to discount the price for the repair work.
