Yes, we have flyscreens on ours.
We requested flyscreens on our tender for all openable windows as well.
So do the windows open inwards as well as out or are the screens inside the windows?

It was $137 for the cooler switch and $139 per double power point when we did our appt last May. On the splashbacks , we decided to go with default white tiles for the butlers pantry. Was a bit of a compromise but we decided to spend it else where. What stage are you in JeniferMarie. The windows only open outwards.[/quote] Seems obvious i know but the thought only just occurred to me about the awning windows opening outwards when I was thinking about what screen to put on the balcony door today. That confirms my decision to put plantation shutters on those windows then, pretty them up on the inside. Who did u go through for these and were they expensive? Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 9136Feb 01, 2018 5:18 pm eagle1 Hi MandM+4, Do you know how many milimeters thickness your gyprock is for the walls and ceilings? No I don’t sorry, I didn’t realise it came in different thicknesses. I’ll have a look on site on the weekend. I don't know what they are planning for my house but I didn't get to the gyprock stage yet. Please let me know when you find out the size of yours. Thank you Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 9139Feb 01, 2018 6:59 pm ASJ1981 doosra ASJ1981 Hi All, Our selections appointments are booked in for March! Was hoping to sneak in the air-con appointment somewhere in those two days but Ultra Air don't have any available appointments. I have asked her to send me brochures so we can have a look through them and a phone consultation may suffice instead of an on site meeting. Anyway, i just had a quick look on the brochures she sent and a lot of info but i was wanting something a bit more streamlined - ie the differences between the packages and the prices. My question is, did anyone upgrade? We only have 29 squares and i remember reading a post that 2 zones should suffice, taking into consideration that we are also getting ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and the leisure room. I do want to upgrade the downstairs outlet to a Linear one and will be placed in the kitchen's dropped ceiling. We upgraded to esp plus which also includes Wi-Fi which is a big bonus. We are building a 39sq and have no ceiling fans so we also went 4 zones. Esp plus is mor e energy efficient and It's our forever home so the saving in electricity should pay off. With 29sq and ceiling fans, u may not need to Thank you doosra. I was thinking the same, that we may not need to upgrade to the ESP. I am ok forking out for the Linear outlet upgrade. I am thinking whether to add the Wifi as well for convenience (on a really hot day, being able to turn on the air-con from your phone while driving home would be bliss and having your house already cold - haha!) The WiFi upgrade is worth every cent!!!!!! My favourite thing in our house. It’s been a god send this summer in the middle of the night to grab your phone, and turn it on a 30 minute timer!!!! Highly recommend! We didn’t upgrade, they told me it would take 7 years to “break even” on the additional cost for the air con system vs money saved on bills. Building Majestic 40 - wisdom homes Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 9140Feb 01, 2018 7:02 pm ASJ1981 I just checked my Contract Tender and it says "10-11 Outlets with 2 x Zones" For our Washington, do you think this setup is fine: Zone 1 - Master & Bedroom 4 (2 outlets) Zone 2 - Upper Lounge, Bedroom 2 & Bedroom 3 (3 outlets) Zone 3 - Dining, Kitchen & Leisure (4 outlets) Zone 4 - Office and Lounge-turned-Theatre room (2 outlets) Means we need an additional 2 zones, (but it sounds like 4 zones is overkill for only 29sq) OR should Zone 1 be upstairs and Zone 2 downstairs (Is 1 zone per floor enough?) Ahhh decisions decisions! You guys can see how much i struggle with these things! LOL! I can't even decide what coffee i want and i really need one right about now! That’s nearly what we have (40 squares though) Except upstairs we did master and upper rumpus together, and bedrooms 2,3,4 together but yes 4 zones all up Building Majestic 40 - wisdom homes Can someone please offer some advice?
