Does anyone know if this include everything? ie colours, materials etc Oh wow this happens quick! Thanks so much
We’ve had delays with our CDC approval too. Our CDC request went in 13th Oct and we’re still waiting for approval. We’ve had requests for plan amendments due to BAL requirements and the plans not clearly stating some of the CDC requirements were met (which I highlighted back in August and was told everything was OK). Still no indication when we might get approval. Now our bank is arguing with Wisdom’s progress payment schedule too. Feels like a never ending battle Building Wisdom Aspiration 31 at Willowdale https://ourwillowdalehome.wordpress.com/
Oh no that’s such a pain which bank are you with? I’m still a bit confused by the whole bank thing, at what point we tell the bank we have a final figure that we need?
At the moment we are going through Heritage which is a small independent QLD bank. I’m not loving it as they’re really slow and rigid. Even our broker says they’re being unusually thorough, he thinks it’s because the market has slowed so much. We have done everything based on our contract amount and are gambling that wisdom won’t hit us with anymore variations now! Building Wisdom Aspiration 31 at Willowdale https://ourwillowdalehome.wordpress.com/
We had to wait until final end panel to get formal approval. We went with Suncorp. No problems with the payment schedule at all. They lost our paperwork once so took a few weeks to get formal approval but final cheque including inspection was done within 48 hours. We've been very happy with them. majestic35.weebly.com Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 8172Nov 10, 2017 8:11 pm lombieagle amf139 Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ As promised in my last post, we have some action on our property. We are 9 weeks from slab and SS says another 2 weeks to finish the remaining half of the brickwork and then 2 weeks for the upper roof. Frames took 3 weeks and now bricks will have taken 5. Must be a few W houses being built at the same time in the Illawarra I’m guessing. Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 8177Nov 10, 2017 8:42 pm Jordann Grats everyone on progress. They do half then goes off to another site while termite barrier is put in, then comes back. But if there's a shortage of brickies then it will be slow. Our upper bricks didnt start till week 10 i think.
