The flooring looks great! How long in construction has it been for you up until this point?
Thanks Msjovi!
Our slab was completed on 28 Oct. but it't not been smooth sailong due to weather. All in all we're on our 7th month including christmas break, heatwave and raindays. So from Christmas shutdown till mid march, i think we only have a total of 2-3 weeks worth of works due to the weather. So almost lost 2 months and a bit due to shutdown and weather.
We're building 32 squares only but felt like forever. Contrary to the feedback that it goes up quickly during construction. I guess due to construction boom, those days where construction stage is fast/quick, it's gone. I do remember our sales consultant saying that that size of house usually finishes 4.5 months only. I always take photo before but not anymore.
How's your build going?
Yours is going amazingly quick compared to ours. Although, that applies to every build when compared to ours!
Ours is going slow but steady. Slab went down mid Sep for us and our plasterboard has only just been completed. We were supposed to be locked up by now, but we've had another issue now with our alfresco stacking doors not fitting correctly. So those will have to be remade before they can officially lock us out. They have started on internals though, so at least we've got progress happening. The staircase was due to go in today so I'll be driving by tomorrow on the way to dropping off the kids to check it out. And then I believe kitchen cabinetry will start at the end of this week. It feels like we've been building for years at the rate we've been going!

Shame about the doors but cannot WAIT to see that staircase!!!!! Please post pics when you get some. Congrats on the progress. Can't wait to see it all come together!
