Ours is a new estate Edmondson park, yes I saw they had mentioned exposure grade bricks along with salinity treatment, I didnt look deeper into it at this stage, what does that mean, more expensive bricks is it???
Yes, they're different bricks and I'm assuming more expensive. There's more info on the Boral and Austral websites including distances from water that need this type of brick. Can anyone else shed some light on this or have experienced this potentially unnecessary inclusion?
There are exposure grade bricks that are part of the standard so no additional cost needed. I was told by one of our engineer that I am better off using exposure grade bricks.
