I completely agree with this one! We have gloss tiles now and have slipped on them a number of times now, so when we build our new house we will not be making this mistake again.

The price in tender are the accurate ones and will most likely the price of your build excluding the energy rating, site costs (if you dont have it fixed) and electrical. I wanted to run some extra data and speaker cables during the framing stage but was told by the admin that I can't. Something to do with warranty and maybe voiding it. Maybe they thought that I was going to do it myself instead of hiring a qualified tech. It'll end up costing me more if i install them after handover.
