Henley is back in action to rectify remaining 17 issues from my list. Lets see how quickly they will knock them down. hoping for solar company to be back for installation some time mid to late June. no rush there as there is hardly any sun in Melbourne these days. i'm really annoyed of this noisy heating unit. this hammering sound is so loud at night time, making it hard for me to go back to bed in middle of night. Off course it's Henley's job to organize whoever sub contractor they have used for heating to get it fixed. Last time heating guys turned up, and had no explanation beside I can't hear any sound. then it's normal sound then There is nothing wrong with unit or motors then It could be due to frame/mount it's installed on. List of excuses changed within 15 mins. If one doesn't know, just say it and organize check by your senior or more experienced tech.
