My brother just made mention of it, though he's building with Lendlease up in Jordan springs. It's a requirement for them, so wondered about our estate: We're building with M and they said we will need to have a dropped edge beam on the garage side since it's zero ease. I think this is to protect land movement from your land to neighbors. We had not considered this at all, the addition was $6k to our tender. Not happy but no option either. Re: Building at Willowdale 2928Mar 22, 2017 2:41 pm Mrs RS Went to willowdale today and people are camping in line for first come first serve land release this Saturday.... I'm rejoicing. Demand is still high for land. Not sure if it's a Willowdale thing or all releases on Camden Valley Way. Since last night supposedly :S Are you building at willowdale RaZr. Yap! How about yourself Re: Building at Willowdale 2932Mar 22, 2017 8:23 pm My heart really goes out to them that this is the lengths people have to go to realise their dream of having a home in this city. It makes our overnight camp last year look easy that they are sitting it in these storms for days on end. I really hope they all get what they want on Saturday. Re: Building at Willowdale 2933Mar 23, 2017 9:18 am Thanks for uploading the pricelist for stage 15F! Out of curiousity, do you know what the asterisks mean against lots 1921,1922 and 1923? I too also feel for the people who are camping out to secure a lot. I really think that Stockland has done a really good job of creating a community at Willowdale, and so I think it is the preferred estate along Camden Valley Way.
