Our bank emailed it straight to Allworth and a copy to us thankfully. Our builds will be neck and neck

I thought they came in a maple finish. Is this just peoples personal preferences painting them or do they not actually come like the website shows? http://www.humedoors.com.au/products/in ... /lin1#1087 Question also applies to the XS11 http://www.humedoors.com.au/products/en ... e/xs11#390 Door comes with wood finish, if you want stain it, it's all personal choice, staining a door cost may be less than $90. Re: Who is building with Allworth Homes 1856Oct 12, 2015 7:48 pm Hi everyone, I hope you're all well and the builds are going smoothly. We had about a week of nothing, watching other AWs in the estate getting their bricks laid. Much to our surprise they started ours on Friday! We're still waiting for the brick pillars to the alfresco to be done so they can finish the rear roof trusses. The termimesh seems to be done. Here are some photos, the mortar is still wet but in one of the pics you can see where it has dried down the bottom. We had a bit of drama in the planning stage with a colour stain we wanted. The colour wasn't available in the end but we had been talking about it since last year and when we chose our colours it went un-noticed at head office so in the end they agreed to leave our door raw and we will do it after handover. The timing is working out nicely, glad I'm not paying off a mortgage for land that I'm not doing anything with. I've got my colours appointment this Sunday. Is there anything I should be aware of going into it? Other than preparing to spend a load of money of course! Also, should I have heard from the electrical people yet to make an appointment? I'm not sure who to contact. I'm doing tiles next Saturday. Ask for references and speak to them. If they are defensive or try to avoid the request, walk. 1 74717 I would never build with Fowler homes. I built with them in 2021 and till date maintenance issues are pending.
