We must be close to PCI then. Only have door handles, hot water , flooring and aircon left. Everything else done. Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 12344Oct 10, 2016 3:39 pm Michelle - that is exciting!! I wonder how long from PCI to getting keys ? I plan to move in within weeks of keys, they better at least have the aircon in ASAP. MGardz - thank you dunno if the budget will allow, will have to see. Id also like to do similar concrete to what you've done, but once again will have to see. As for us, I had it in my schedule today to ring my SS every hour until he answered me. Turns out he answers first call and said his been on holidays for 2 weeks. "Apparently" the plasterers are holding things up now. The painters have done as much as they can. He says our house is 'booked to be completed next month' what ever that means Masterton Villina Elite 2016 23/3 Slab 13/4 Frame & Windows 24/5 Bricks 19/8 Roof 29/9 Gyprock 3/11 Paint Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 12345Oct 10, 2016 7:00 pm Michelle that's exciting! Do you have any pics? SVE it means your scheduled 4 week completion will be blown out by however long your plasterers take to get the job done and then the availability of when ever everyone else needs to be rescheduled due to the delay https://mandgbuildatmulgoarise.wordpress.com/ Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 12346Oct 10, 2016 7:01 pm Not sure how long between PCI and keys

We're on a bit of a go slow at the moment, SS is off with bad knee and trades have dried up. Wet areas are tiled, waiting now for painting to commence. PCI due late October, can't see it at this point. Trying hard to stay positive but becoming harder day by day.
