Our land is about the same size but a different shape! Yesterday our roof trusses were finished off, so we are booked in for fascia Monday then roof tiles will be completed by the end of the week! Our poor SS had a bad accident on one of his jobs and is in hospital good old head office neglected to tell us of course! His son is the other SS in our area and I know him, so found out from him yesterday that he is now the SS for the entire area! Good for us cause he is a friend and I trust him! Can someone explain what the 'validation period' is? What needs to occur during this time? What is it's purpose? Thanks! Bleaky total yard envy we only have a bit over half your block! I can't imagine how long it took to lay the turf. Ours is on order from the farm so hopefully oct long weekend we will have some and my fur babies can come home For us, hubby has been busy doing more landscaping up the side of the house and hopefully our floating steps go in soon. All our lights are done except the study and theatre as we can't find what we want in there. I thought the stairwell was hard! Validation is when they review everything that the da/CDC and peg out reports require and the construction plans are completed and your final contract price and payment schedule is done. You then have everything the bank needs for the commencement letter. It's the stage prior to the construction planning stage where they start preparing for the fence, orders of your materials and trades etc https://mandgbuildatmulgoarise.wordpress.com/ Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 12219Sep 17, 2016 10:21 am Thanks MGardz. You are a wealth of knowledge, as always. Ummm ... we need some updated pics of your gorgeous home. All these beautiful completed new home pics are assuring me that we will eventually have a wonderful family home. We have ten in that section five in a row, 2 rows. They are not straight horizontal or vertical...... We only have batten fittings in but they look way off. Just want to check if it's a down light thing before I get carried away. Also can anyone tell me what happens after PCI? We are apparently 1 week away from it but I dare say it will get pushed back. There is a list with about 40 things on it to do. Eg 2nd coat painting, electrical need to be finished, downpipes attached..... What was your experience the week leading up to PCI. Anything I should be aware of? Feel free to pm if that's easier. Thank you. 4 16558 i imagine you also have another contract with an architect? and yeah, whatever other's said about special conditions and appendices 16 15822 Hi all I am looking to run a water line under my concrete footpath which is directly next to my home, was seeing if this is possible without cutting the entire section… 0 20163 |
