Excavation of the block happened during April. Then plumbing done during May (there was lots of rain during April/May so this all took longer than usual). In june they did the formwork (again, weather slowed them down) and slab was done late June. Seemed like an eternity! Thanks for the email gillym . I'm trying to reply but it says there is server issues Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 11931Aug 11, 2016 11:38 pm Hi All, we just finished our colour today and decided to take out the interior (shelves and hanger) of wardrobe. M's electrician told us it was 'illegal' for them to put in 3 phase unless we could 'prove' we needed it! what absolute BS. We had 2 quotes for 3 phase connection, $990 and $1300. It's the correct size but just appears smaller than I remember in display home Our walls still aren't up but I also think it looks heaps smaller. I'm regretting not making it 1m bigger. Which display home did you look at ? We went to Kellyville in Sydney, twice we looked at it. We've also been to the Villina 32 a few times in Newcastle, each time we've looked at it we couldn't imagine our house being even bigger than the 32. Do you think adding with WIP is making it feel smaller ?
