Love the design, and Calderwood Valley is lovely too! Did you want a dark roof? Basalt, Ironstone, and Monument are all nice..... what colour had you planned for window frames? We used PGH Cement bricks (also a light neutral colour) and have a Monument tile roof..... looks great! I went to them in October 2015 with a registered block of land. Signed tender 1st week Nov. Signed contract 18th feb 2016 and no plans submitted to cdc yet. Yet i already want to pull the pin from this builder from the ****** from my sales lady. Cant get any manager to help me even though i told them i did not want to deal with this sales lady again. She keeps emailing me when i have requested another sales agent to take over my file or a manager. Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 9939Mar 13, 2016 6:04 pm Hi Sandra, Warwick farm is where we went and my sales lady wasn't the best. Maybe we had the same one...m don't listen to us customers the way they should. This is just indicative of the bs you'll have to put up with if you sign on. CathyP we have a basalt colourbond roof, there's lots of pics on my blog if you'd like to look at what it looks like. With that light brick you like I think a monument colourbond will look nice, and maybe also for the Windows. Then either surfmist or dune for the eaves and facia https://mandgbuildatmulgoarise.wordpress.com/ 4 16752 i imagine you also have another contract with an architect? and yeah, whatever other's said about special conditions and appendices 16 16026 Hi all I am looking to run a water line under my concrete footpath which is directly next to my home, was seeing if this is possible without cutting the entire section… 0 20191 |
