God forbid if there is anything they missed from what we wanted. I even told them what setbacks we wanted and positioning so it better be right!! We might miss going to council by the time M goes on Christmas leave though Im going to see the bright side in it, maybe my Ash Grey QQ will be available to use hehe Hi MGardz The Facebook page for QQ says Ash Grey has arrived you may be in luck. WK sent me samples and i got them today so after looking at them I think I'll definitely go Ash Grey or alpine white Shell90 yes we are doing waterfall edges. I think having the hint of grey will be lovely on the island bench with the waterfall edges. Unfortunately everyone has a long wait until next year to see the final product hehe Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 2357Oct 24, 2014 8:00 pm Thanks for the explanation GillyM MGardz and Vilinaeliters we had thought it would be around $5000. We have taken your advice GillyM as well as riding around the estate looking at other homes and decided on the Barramundi roof tile. MGardz and shell90 we recently had an antenna installed in the home we are renting and the guy advised he charges $85 it is a single story so not sure if the price will differ for double but $300 to $400 from M sounds a bit rich. We have been waiting almost 3 weeks for our plans and I was getting anxious, although sales person did say it should be ready in 3 weeks like you MGardz we are hoping to get to council as soon as land is registered. I was worried also about the 60% brick although hubby assures me will be fine and whilst looking at some homes in the area I wonder how they got through. Keeping fingers crossed about land registration it has to be soon. I also think we are changing where we put the render so I think it's going to be even longer. Sounds like its a better option to do te antenna after handover! Also I priced the IXL 4 globe and it's $187 vs the 390 charged by M. Security lighting is also cheaper post handover. Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 2360Oct 24, 2014 9:03 pm We have been given our PCI date!! Woop woop November 20th! I can hardly believe it! The tilers have been hard at work this week and I was invited on site to check the tile and direction of the laying. Everything is looking amazing!
