Especially loving the fireplace and niche for the TV and also the bathroom selections! You must be so happy with it! How long until you get the all clear to finally move in? Melanie85- we have been given a handover date of 25/3/14 which is next Tuesday. Then we have tiling and carpeting as we are doing this after handover. So we're probably looking at an official move in date of early April....but... We are so keen to move in we will probably move the bare essentials in and live in the back room and just move when the tiler needs to start on the back end of the house. Will be fun. Bit like a sleepover he he . AmyMumma23 Absolutley stunning! All the best with the move Thanks AmyMumma. Can't wait to move in!!! Not much happened on site today which makes me nervous about handover but I will be very upset if this is delayed again because the builder hasn't completed the jobs! Let's see how we go Re: Building in SA with Dech£llis Homes- Handover soon! 345Mar 20, 2014 7:26 pm Fair enough, I would be cross too. I will have everything crossed that handover goes ahead on the 25th Re: Building in SA with Dech£llis Homes- Handover soon! 346Mar 20, 2014 7:29 pm Thanks FairmontSAcustom! Hard to believe that a child lives there Re: Building in SA with Dech£llis Homes- HANDOVER PICS!! 351May 16, 2014 8:44 pm Thanks Building Twin. Will have to post a pic of my son's room at some stage. Its surprisingly a house that is very easy to keep clean. Our son does make a mess though but I am forever cleaning up after him! Re: Building in SA with Dech£llis Homes- HANDOVER PICS!! 352May 16, 2014 8:46 pm Yes I know that feeling, I have been pretty lucky so far and the mess is contained to their bedrooms. The bamboo floors get a workout though. Sometimes I wish I had chosen tiles, yours look amazing Re: Building in SA with Dech£llis Homes- Handover soon! 353May 16, 2014 8:46 pm Pannacotta Finally some hand over pics! Our bank requires us to provide one but we are missing 4 building certificates from our first… 3 71804 yes it does, you've just not understood it. theres a difference. 4 5321 Your house should come in "as new" condition.
