As you probably know, you shouldnt be able to dig down through concrete (with your finger nail) to the sand pods! Re: Slabs?? I spoke to a builder friend of mine about this issue. He was convinced that the problem had nothing to do with rain. As per Louie, he said that it's a simple lack of cement and no amount of grinding is going to help. The slab is simply no good. my suspicion - some builders, they do usually make 'odd' settings in their site plan / pricing as their standards - being hopeful that first - the initial price is… 9 2467 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption.
