However I would not do the reverse - where entry to WIR is via bathroom. I think your option 2 in OP is the best solution. Re: Walking through Ensuite past toilet to WIR - who has it? 16May 27, 2013 8:59 am because I like having private time in the bathroom - going to the toilet alone or shaving my legs alone etc - and then what happens if your partner wants to get his shoes or item of clothing from wardobe? and vice versa - if my partner is on the toilet - and he sometimes stays there for 20 minutes or so - then I want to be able to get things from WIR without going through toilet area. So I wouldnt like bathroom being a thouroughfare to somewhere else - whereas going thru WIR is not the same issue - selecting your clothes/changing your shoes etc does not have the same privacy issues as toileting/bathroom activities. Re: Walking through Ensuite past toilet to WIR - who has it? 17May 27, 2013 11:04 am Renski Thanks grumble. I had thought about doing the e suite in there. The wir is only 1.3 wide though. It's a great idea Saint do you think it will be ok with a door from wir to e suite? We won't leave it open. I hope it's ok. It's hard for me to convince hubby to change. Can't win all the decisions. Lol It does sound odd - but at least its separate to main area. Couldn't you have the door to WiR on bedroom wall ? Have it at one end - ie near those 3 windows - to allow bedroom setting to fit on wall ? Then close off door to ensuite from BiR. And have door to ensuite in BR corner nearest ensuite - facing shower. You could also just have an arch to ensuite - no door - in that corner of BR nearest the ensuite ? As its the bedroom - no-one else can see in. Re: Walking through Ensuite past toilet to WIR - who has it? 18May 28, 2013 6:51 am Helyn very valid point. This is my greatest concern at the moment. Hubbybdoesntbwant to change it. Ill just leave it. We have exhausted all possible avenues and he still wants to leave it his way. I think I'll give in and he can have this one. I know I'll win others so it all evens out Eden Brae Drysdale 27 | The Blog yep sounds good make the footing bigger to to allow for the pipe in the middle 3 7297 Hi When it rains in a particular direction water comes through the security door.
