I knew my MIRVAC rep's phone number by heart and I called her more than once in tears! I was more worried about losing the package that came with our land - $9k cash back. It was a big part of us being able to afford to get our floors done when we got the keys, so yeah - stress head! I wasn't fun to be around for that part of the build... But once it all starts, it's very exciting and much less stress! Just remember - the bank wants to loan you money because its epic interest earned for them, your broker wants you to get the loan because its commission for him, and Goodlife want you to build because its epic money for them! xo Re: Goodlife Bravo Build Thread - Mandurah 177Jun 24, 2013 4:50 pm Finance conditionally approved today - woo. Lacking in the excitement department because I WANT TO SEE MY AMENDED HOUSE PLANS FFS. Building contract is apparently 5 weeks away. Also we apparently have an extention on our land but noone can tell me for how long. Does anyone have any recommendations for the best value decking oil (Bunning is close to where I live) for a treated pine deck? Thanks 0 10971 DIY, Home Maintenance & Repair That laser level looks lovely! We bought one for less than a quarter of that price off eBay. It worked really well for us and it's still going now, five years later. After… 1 16711 |
