No idea. When the Ovals will be ready fully. Anyone has an idea on when the Shopping center will be up and running.
The ovals are supposed to start sometime in November, the last I heard the shops are to start at the end of 2017.

Glad to have found this forum and particularly this thread. we're looking to buy the land for our first home in Allura estate. It's titled and ready to built. Currently, we are renting in southe east and are not very familiar with the west. May I please ask, where is the nearest shopping area for Allura? I know there is a woolies included in future plan but where do people go now for the groceries and quick shopping? how long does it take to drive to the station in real with the peak traffic? We are at initial stages of getting the finance approved and a bit too nervous if we have chosen the right location. Any feedback/thoughts will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Congratulations.. Which street is yours? I usually go to Woolies @ Williams Landing or ALDI/Coles/Fish shop/Western Quality meat shop @ Wyndham village shopping centre. Traffic to get to Williams landing station is not very bad for me. It depends on the time you start. By end of March 2017, forsyth road will also be ready. Traffic to station shouldn't be a major concern, I reckon. Whom are you building with? Re: Allura Estate 2106Nov 18, 2016 2:27 pm Thanks Jeeman. We'll be on Scotsdale Rd. Hopefully, by the time we'll move there, the roads will be a bit better. Being living there, do you get any update from the estate about when there will be any progress with the ovals or when should we expect the construction to kick off for the new shopping area and most importantly the school there? Which one is the best public primary school around? We were emphasizing on acquiring the land first, haven't done too much work about finalizing the builder as yet. But so far Henley AVA Q1 is ticking all our boxes. Any recommendations? Re: Allura Estate 2108Nov 21, 2016 10:33 am Which side of the intersection is this one? Diagonally opposite to Suleman Gateway or is this on the Allura estate near Monet drive? Council has recently confirmed the responsibility for delivery of the 3 bridges with Stockland. They are being programed to be designed and constructed in the financial year 17/18. These two homes seems to be display homes & that's why they are sold for such high price. Having said that the rates are going high in the estate. Re: Allura Estate 2119Nov 30, 2016 10:40 am The reason for such prices are that the intersection of Palmers and Leakes will have lot of commercial shops over the next 2 years including Aldi. Forsyth road will open early next year and more convenience shops will come on the intersection. Plus is anyone has lived previously in Tarneit can relate that to drive from Tarneit road to Palmers road take 20-30min in peak hour so this estate lets you hit the freeway very quickly. Woolworths shopping centre and proposed school is just a bonus. I think it was supposed to have happened in October itself. Good riddance if you ask me. They stole so much money from me and my husband for doing initial design plans. Thank god we found another local builder around Pagewood and… 6 10203 |
