Dont feel limited with what you have got at Arden centre. same applies to timber flooring as well. Some small amount extra will protect and enhance your big flooring investment. Getting it done as POA is good, as you get Builder negoiated rates and dont have to go through hassel of getting it done from outside/trades/ Can you give me an idea on price you spent on POA? we selected POA which was above cat 7 of Arden range of carpets and we spent $8000 for upgrade which was 48 oz thick carpet, best in that category. we have carpet all upstairs and downstairs in study, guest, HT and Rumpus. So quite a lot of carpet area. Re: Arden Developments 2089Oct 27, 2017 10:02 pm geminithinker ribbox geminithinker How often is everyone visiting their site? I'll upload plans on my blog later this weekend. Went well but all I can say is triple, quadruple check everything and question anything that doesnt look right. They still hadn't added the paint for laundry door to the specs, no hole for the range hood flue, changes to WIR and shelves in the pantry were not added. 98% was correct but just the little things that we paid for and could easily be missed. Anyway, contract signed, deposit paid, now we wait for land to settle. Forgot to add the pre-construction. We spoke to the A&L installers when they were fitting our Boutique Stackers into Arden frame. They said to go and see A&L re cost and fitting. They said you definately need the retractable screens on these doors. We will post a reply on this thread once we have seen A&L. I wasn’t sure if you needed something extra built into frame to add afterwards but sounds like you don’t? Anyway I saw one today and they are amazing and completely retract and disappear when not using them! Will be keen to know cost. Thanks heaps!
