For those who have gone ducted refridgerated cooling, how many zones can you set? And was there an option to upgrade to more zones?
We have upgraded to 4 zones. Not sure what's the max though.

Your better to add in as much as you can early on to avoid it jumping too much, plus with this group u could prob ask must things to get an idea of costs eg electrical, carpet, cat of stone upgrades. Arden's fantastic with everything itemised so well. Thanks Ezz. My spreadsheet of all the costs is giving me some anxiety. Who would have thought that a house once you add in all the landscaping and finishing would be so high. If i'm not wrong, is your total quote mid 6's? i've got you down as 670ish if you don't subtract all the appliances. Even if I do most of it myself there are just some things you need to leave to the professionals. Like electric gates or fencing. |
