We upgraded to heating with refrigerated cooling and the promotion knocked off something like almost $7k to the original price. [/quote] g33kerb0t Is that ducted reverse air? What was the price for the upgrade? Re: Arden Developments 929Jul 11, 2017 9:03 am bvillemot . The "biggest bang for the buck" is the evap cooling, which is what we took. I don't think we will need refrig air, but I'm considering upgrading promo evap cooling from Promina to Contour or both ducted heating/evap cooling to Ducted Reverse Cycle? Both inverter models. Your plans look amazing! Your stone bench will be huge! And love the Bespoke bifold in pantry and living/dining. Does it include the Alfresco in that price? Will keep an eye on your blog! Amazing! What did arden give you as an initial estimate? Re: Arden Developments 936Jul 11, 2017 8:53 pm special_K our initial estimate was about 571k. ezza78 we chose seville oak which is category 8. didnt realise it went up to cat 10?? your floors are going to be awesome. we build in octobery/november hopefully. price doesnt include alfresco nor driveway. the colour choices we have chosen our house will look pretty much similar to the display home haha Re: Arden Developments 937Jul 11, 2017 8:55 pm For those who have gone ducted refridgerated cooling, how many zones can you set? And was there an option to upgrade to more zones? We had to choose different coz doing grey walls, Hamptonish style with Bridgehampton facade. I wish I didn't know they went up to cat 10! It's the most expensive item of entire build, except for site costs. But the timber floors were the no.1 thing for us, they are engineered but raw boards, 140mm and are sanded after installation. Hope my kids and dog don't wreck them Re: Arden Developments 939Jul 12, 2017 12:00 pm Ezza78 laaa @special_K our initial estimate was about 571k. ezza78 we chose seville oak which is category 8. didnt realise it went up to cat 10?? your floors are going to be awesome. we build in octobery/november hopefully. price doesnt include alfresco nor driveway. the colour choices we have chosen our house will look pretty much similar to the display home haha Your colours will look great, Bespoke colours are great.
