I just waited until I had my final plans and emailed them through and they provided quotes off that. That's how I found the two. The benefit of that was that those fencing companies are already familiar with the estate guidelines and know how far you are allowed to build into your front yard- they educated me! Our block was pretty level already and there were no real concerns with the soil quality from the builder when they quoted us that. Our block is 12.5 x 32. Your site costs depend on the area you are building in, the fall on the block, and the total size of your block... Fixing is the best way to go because you never know what they might hit when they actually get in there and then it is already included in your overall budget...
