You have had your share of bad luck! We are the other hand had a relatively smooth build and for us I am yet to see DA level of customer service so beware when you start booking your other trades. We have a the worst week of the build an it's after handover!!everything has been frustrating and customer service lacking on all fronts!! I am stressed to the max and need your wine that you always keep handy!!! My phone doesn't stop ringing, had 38 phone calls today all house related!!
