Homeone Australia & New Zealand reserves the right to amend the Forum Terms of Use, and without notice.
It seems we have a number of threads where members find it difficult to agree to disagree without starting a slanging match and being rude. Regardless of who starts this the disrespect is not acceptable. The original poster of any thread may be asking for advice or comment or maybe sharing an exciting moment with the rest of us and is not to be treated with disdain or to have their thread turned into a slanging competition between others. Members are expected to be capable of being mature enough to disagree without being rude to each other. Continued rudeness and disrespect to other members may well result in a ban and will not be tolerated. This is for ANY member of the forum, be they advertisers with the website or not. This forum does not favour any one group. Please stick to the topic without making personal comments about other members. If you disagree violently with someones opinion find a way to say so politely or don't post at all.
I would like to repeat the following point from the first post above.

<Quote>2. Be respectful of other members at all times. Flaming or abusing (incl. bullying, belittling or humiliating) other members in any way is not acceptable. Any post deemed disrespectful or defamatory of another member or party will be removed, and the poster will be at risk of being banned. <end quote>

<We appreciate the value of all members be they be ordinary public or have experience in the building and related industries> <We appreciate the valuable contributions you have made to the forum to date> <We welcome lively debate between members> and would like to see everyone continue to provide helpful input. But please keep in mind that it is possible to disagree with another member without resorting to abuse or ridicule.

Please re-read the Forum Terms Of Use posted above and make sure that you understand them.
