So either you mis-understood or she was referring to something else. Every person I know has had a set pricing sheet. You are first that I have heard of that hasnt seen that list. And yes MOST of Henleys upgrades are alot better priced than other builders. It's pretty clear really. Re: Off White Mortar... 1.5K upgrade!! 23Nov 21, 2012 12:31 pm they were really unorganised when we went in. she didnt even have our file ready, we waiting for 20minutes while she got everything set up. we never received a price list, we walked through each section and whatever we selected, she priced on the spot for us. would have been better if we had the upgrade sheet handy to keep track of what we were spending.. judging from my experience they were overpriced with their upgrades but everyones experiences are different. Sand and brick cleaning cost more. Since a lot of Perth sits on mostly beach sand I guess this would explain the no charge- ease of supply.
