PPA 30/6/12, Land 28/06/12, Contract 7/9/12, Valuation 11/9/12, Prestart 13/9/12, Settlement 18/10/12, Building Permit Issued 18/10/12, Footings 30/10/11, Slab 31/10/11 Re: WA - Baldivis/Waikiki Group Chat 494Mar 16, 2013 10:23 am Prestart went well - I updates my thread Re: WA - Baldivis/Waikiki Group Chat 496Mar 26, 2013 9:40 am I drove past and saw that yesterday. Can you tell me how do we claim the fencing and landscaping? Also how does landscaping work. Does the guy design it all, do you get to choose plants? etc Re: WA - Baldivis/Waikiki Group Chat 497Mar 26, 2013 11:00 am I've also been wondering about landscape as Leanne asked! Re: WA - Baldivis/Waikiki Group Chat 498Mar 26, 2013 11:12 am I was told to email Beth from parkland heights about 8 weeks prior to completion she then gets in contact with the fencer and landscape company, she will give you the fencers phone number so you can call him and he will book you in a date. But if your neighbors both build first your fences will already be done. The landscapers send out an info pack and ask to be called when you house is at practical completion. They meet you on site and hall to you bout what you want then they will draw up designs for you and change them as needed, you can pick all your plants at there nursery, I just told him what I did me didn't like, and let him pick plus they planted my frangipani si he designed mine garden around that. I also had them retic and turf my rear yard, price was reasonable and heaps easier then finding time to do it ourselves, I'm sure my dogs appreciate not just having sand anymore too. Re: WA - Baldivis/Waikiki Group Chat 499Mar 26, 2013 12:18 pm Do you need to pay for the landscaping, all the plants etc? And do you get to choose the grass type? Do you have to pick designs from the info pack or can you make up what you want? Re: WA - Baldivis/Waikiki Group Chat 500Mar 26, 2013 12:22 pm You don't have to pay anything unless you want to upgrade things, they have a standard turf which is called winter green but I know a house around the corner got different, which I would assume they would have paid the difference. They draw the designs after meeting with you at your house and getting your input. If you don't like the first design then they will keep changing it until your happy. The estate has set an amount per house for them. Ours was all standard so no extra cost. 4 14468 |
