Carpenter also are on site doing bits & pieces, I saw a cleaner too , sweeping the floors.... Hope gyprock will be tomorrow then everything will fly .... So who is Howard? And would you mind summarizing the problems you had/he found? It is difficult to read 24 pages of posts Thanks W. You don't need to have one, Wsdm will provide for us. But I think it's worth it because he found lots of incomplete frames and bits & pieces here and there, but nothing major. And also speed things up.... I can't summarize them because every house has different problem and rectification. But he looked at the bricks, roof, frames mostly, gas, weep hole, etc before the gyprock.
