I've been out for 2 years now and am yet to discover any side effects (FYI Mum and Dad are still there and haven't had any side effects either). Ok they aren't the most attractive things in the world - but 50k is a fair chunk of change. Some people may not buy a house because of them, but others don't buy houses due to layout etc. Can't please everyone.
