Tender Accepted Re: Who else is building with Eden Brae? 12137May 27, 2015 6:56 pm Hi All, We're building with EB too. Finally have gone through the admin phase and have moved into construction. @Veniechada: At contract signing you should ensure that your chance to get any freebies is still available. If you haven't received any incentive to build with Eb during tender signing stage. Now's your time! to ask for a discount/freebie of some sort. All the best! @Kehzu Marina 42 is a beautiful design! My in laws are thinking of doing the same in their bathroom (powder room with added shower) and today at di Lorenzo the lady said it could cost approx $1500 Re: Who else is building with Eden Brae? 12139May 27, 2015 9:20 pm Lincoln35_mckinley PixiGT Sadly, no outside photos to show the lovely loam brick - sorry Hasan_14! My in laws are thinking of doing the same in their bathroom (powder room with added shower) and today at di Lorenzo the lady said it could cost approx $1500 Hi Lincoln35_mckinley, I just paid for the additional tiles/laying as they were all from the standard range. I can't remember how much it cost exactly, however I think it was roughly 9-10K for my tiling upgrades for all the house tiling, including the extra cleaning trips (extensively discussed in this post previously ). The big expense was coloured grouting as I really don't like the standard! That was well into the thousands alone, & the majority of the cost mentioned here.
