They were very flexible with changes and I don't really think I was overcharged for most of the changes I did. I did some last minute changes and they were all accommodated. I'm not sure what the exact price per square at the end, it was less than most builders but not the cheapest builder as such. So I think, pro's: Flexible Good at resolving the various tradesman's issues Fussy about quality Con's: Some tradesmen were great, some were pretty terrible. Had issues during the build, all were resolved and issues seem to be pretty normal when building. After reading this forum and speaking to friend's, a problem free build is extremely rare. Thanks to your feedback I've short-listed them and will contact them today. I'd get the gutters to match your roof and pipes to match the paint - otherwise they become a feature.
