I found a free online website called olioboard. Thought I might dabble, it doesnt have an annotation item from what I can tell. Nothing MS Paint wont fix when I get home. The console in the second board is from Freedom if I remember rightly. A program that is great for making moodboards is by the UK company Serif (www.serif.com). They have two programs; Drawplus and PagePlus. You can usually download at least one of them for free and they are pretty easy to use. The best feature though is they have an image cutout which makes it much easier to cut out things so they have a white background.
