I dropped her an email on Monday and haven't received any response yet its about some inconsistencies in the contract 24 hours found under the service section. I dropped her an email on Monday and haven't received any response yet its about some inconsistencies in the contract We're now on our third BC, the first two both responded within a couple of days to emails or phone calls and we haven't actually had to do anything with the new BC yet. If you emailed on Monday I would definitely be expecting a response by the end of the week though unless it's something which is likely to take them a while to find out the information.
