Still waiting for mortar to close up gaps around Windows, window rubbers to be pulled, mortar where it's falling out and our double glazing for our replacement windows and flyscreens.
I've emailed Joanne and got told it was being worked on and no compensation, but no reply since that one and ss not returning calls.
What can I do? Who can I go to?
Can you escalate to regional manager?
Construction manager knows about it, and no one will give any details of anyone higher. And haven't been contacted by new homes team who I got told contact you after 4 weeks.
