Does anyone had the price for boundary fence. ..it's included in the site cost wanted to know if anyone did the break down cost for each item. .. MK is the personal assistant to the NSW State Manager...I don't foresee timely responses or returned calls...I've dealt with her before and used to leave numerous messages without any response... Should see the site cleared by end of next week hopefully. Start of another phase close to 7 months since we signed the first $1k off at Cronulla (albeit gonna be long & tough one from what some has reported here). You'll be paying a fair bit for internal changes - $1500 admin fee plus then the cost of the change...Unless it's completely necessary I would avoid it at all costs. There's also a clause on their post-construction variations that states that should the variation not be carries out tough luck, you agree to accept it and your money will be returned... So basically, just because you sign the variation, doesn't mean they'll actually 100% do it and if they don't, you have no leg to stand on...we were lucky and the variation we did was done free of the admin fee because it was Clarendon's stuff up but I still stressed about it and met the electricians on site before they started just to make sure... I think we paid about $500 extra for site fencing above the provision...
